Suzanne Fielden, owner of Rocky Mountain Flatbread put together “Green Talks” to provide inspiration and ideas of small changes Vancouverites can make in their everyday lives to be kinder to themselves and the planet. The talks will be held throughout April, May and June in celebration of Earth Day and Vancouver’s 30 Days of Sustainability.
“Green Talks” is where social entrepreneurs who live and work in the Vancouver area give an informal talk on how the company they have founded or work for is making positive change in the local and global communities. They will also share Green work and lifestyle options. Green options for renovating our houses, buying sustainable seafood, dining at restaurants committed to being more sustainable, buying more local organic produce, refreshing your wardrobe with materials made from all natural ad sustainable fibers, buying recycled office supplies and more.
